Refund policy

Darzen products are digital. Your login and files are delivered right after payment, and the Excel and Google Sheets files can't be returned once you have them. For that reason, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds if you change your mind.

Try it before you buy

Every product page has a live demo of the full App with sample data, so you can see exactly how it works before you pay.

If something doesn't work

If a product doesn't work as described on its product page, for example a file won't open or a feature doesn't do what the page says, email info@darzenstore.com within 30 days of your purchase and include your order number. We will fix it or send you a corrected version. If we can't fix it, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Duplicate purchases

If you bought the same product twice by mistake, email us within 30 days and we will refund the extra purchase.

After a refund

When a product is refunded because it doesn't work, its license ends: the App signs out on your devices and the product is removed from your Darzen account. Please also delete the Excel files and your Google Sheets copy of that product.

How long it takes

We usually process approved refunds within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the money in your account.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Books

Darzen books are sold on Amazon. Returns and refunds for books follow Amazon's own policies.
